We have received reservations from other customers, but we can accept reservations waiting for cancellation, so please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.
The reservation calendar is constantly updated with the latest information, but we may not be able to meet your request due to prior contracts. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- STEP2 Reservation reception
- After applying from the website, we will notify you by e-mail of [Reservation acceptance] and the total usage fee. Please check the content of the email.
- STEP3 Reservation confirmed
- [Reservation reception] If there is no mistake in the content of the email, please confirm the reservation by the method described in the email.
To confirm your reservation, pay part or all of the usage fee, and in the case of credit card payment, confirm the credit card payment to confirm your reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the customer is responsible for the transfer fee.
[Reservation reception] Please note that we may cancel your application if you cannot confirm the procedure from the notification email for a certain period of time.

- STEP4 Lending confirmation
- We will contact you by e-mail about [Reservation Confirmation] about 3 days before the start date of use. If you have any questions or requests at that time, please let us know.
- STEP5 Loan Date
- The procedure will be carried out at the scheduled rental location at the scheduled time. If you have a balance, please settle the balance. (* The balance can be used in addition to cash, credit cards, and the smartphone payment application “paypay”.)
The rental procedure will be “explanation of the vehicle” and “check for scratches”. It takes about 1 hour.
- STEP6 Return
- Please fill up the fuel to the return location and return it by the scheduled return time. We appreciate your cooperation in improving the environment inside the vehicle for the next customers. (Please take your garbage home with you.)
Points to note when making a reservation
・Since the camper is a special vehicle, it is very difficult to replace it. On the day of use, it may not be possible to lend due to damage, breakdown, repair of breakdown, natural disaster, or other unexpected force majeure. In that case, by refunding the full amount of the reservation fee, we will not be held liable to our shop for other damages (cancellation fee for campsite / hotel reservation, ship reservation, etc.) and will be liable for penalties etc. It does not matter.
・On the day of rental, the rental time may be delayed depending on the delay in returning the previous customer, the rental reception status of other vehicles, vehicle maintenance, etc. In that case, we will not be held responsible for our shop and will not be held responsible for penalties.
・If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Based on our cancellation policy, we will deduct the cancellation fee from the reservation fee and refund it. The refund transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
